What is Kite?

KITE is a mobility scheme for academic cooperation between higher education institutions from the African, Caribbean and Pacific regions (ACP).

Over four years (2013 – 2017) the KITE project has provided scholarships for 181 students and 35 staff (both academic and administrative) from the ACP region to carry out their studies or research at one of the high-quality partner institutions in the EU.

Aiming to support the establishment of cooperation partnerships between European higher education institutions and higher education institutions in the ACP, the project also supported 6 staff from the EU in realising their mobility at ACP partner institutions.
